Melanie is asking for residents to bring ideas and proposals to establish the groups aims and objectives.</div><div class="MsoPlainText"><br /></div><div class="MsoPlainText">Cllr Haydn Preece said "I am delighted to be invited, libraries are essential to our social learning and leisure fabric. Libraries have so much to offer in this ever changing technological world.
